Description:
Hawking vacuum bags are made of 80% polyethylene and 20% nylon and are durable enough to resist punctures and abrasions. They can be frozen, refrigerated, or microwaved and can withstand being boiled for up to 20 minutes, making them great for sous vide cooking.
