The Semi-Auto Tortillas Production Line starts from hot press process after putting divided tortilla dough balls by hand. The dough balls would be first evenly flattened by the pressing & heating system, and then baked through tunnel oven, which bakes both sides of the tortilla until delightfully browned in spots. To facilitate packing, the tortilla production line is able to stack required quantity of final products in a pile. It is capable of producing 3,800 tortillas per hour, suitable for large tortilla suppliers or food factories that meet the space requirement and need high productivity.

If you need more sections, we can also configure it for you, such as: dough mixer, dough divder and rounder, automatic proofer, and subsequent packaging machine, etc. We can modify almost every part according to your needs. • HOT PRESS – Temperature, pressure and dwell time are fully adjustable for your needs and process. Manual or PLC control systems are available.
• OVEN – Formed tortillas are conveyed into a multi-tiered gas-fired oven. Supplied with automatic temperature control and a variable speed drive system.
• VACUUM TRANSFER CONVEYOR – Vacuum style incline transfer conveyor moving tortillas to cooling conveyor.
• COOLING CONVEYOR – After baking the product must be brought to room temperature prior to packing. Ambient or forced air cooling.
• TORTILLA COUNTER STACKER – The number of lanes required and product sizes are designed to customer specification. Stack height is fully adjustable.

• installation: We can provide remote guidance, and we can also shoot video to teach. If it is very complex equipment, our staff can go to the site to help with installation and commissioning. The buyer shall bear the accommodation, meal and transportation expenses of relevant personnel.

• maintenance: We provide free maintenance for the whole machine for one year from the date of delivery. In case of Failure of product components due to non-force majeure or non-human factors during the warranty period, the seller shall mail the new parts to the address designated by the Buyer.

• guarantees: One year warranty(negotiable)

• service: We will provide the buyer with training on the use requirements and precautions of the goods, to ensure that buyer's staff has a basic understanding of the machinery and equipment as well as can operate it proficiently, so as to ensure the progress of production.
