This line is used for production of peanuts nougat and mainly
consists of cooking unit, mixer, press roller, cooling machine and

Puffed rice machine feature
1, The shapes can be round, cylindrical, square, semi round,
triangular and blossom, etc.

bar, semi circle, triangle, plum shaped.
3, soft mechanical pressure, does not damage the nuts particles,
forming beautiful; direct molding, no rework material costs and
loss.
4, the need for air pump, mechanical transmission, positioning is
very accurate; the upper and lower die forming together.

1. What's payment terms, trade terms you accept?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid
before shipment , we usually offer FOB QINGDAO price. Also accept
other ways like L/C.
2. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what
you do is just operate the PLC clean the machine regularly. And we
will sent you manual and video for helping to learn the machine.
If there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat,
e-mail us. And we will give you solutions ASAP. Our engineer also
can be distributed to overseas as you required.
