HTL Abnormal Lollipop Candy Forming And Packing Machine Candy Production Line

The production line first step is melting sugar in a sugar cooker. Then the melted syrup is transported into the storage tank with a syrup pump. And then use the vacuum cooking pot to boil syrup. After kneading, the sugar is put into the batch roller. From the batch roller to the rope sizer, the sugar rope becomes smaller and smaller. At this time, the sugar rope reaches the forming and packing machine. The moulds of this machine can be designed into different shapes and sizes, and it is 4 sides sealing. After this step, the lollipops are transported into the cooling tunnel to avoid lollipops from deformation. After cooling, you also can pack the lollipops into large bags.
