Diaphragm coupling details
Several sets of diaphragms (stainless steel sheets) are staggeredly connected with the two half-couplings. Each set of diaphragms is made up of several stacks, and the diaphragms are divided into connecting rods and whole shapes of different shapes. The diaphragm coupling relies on the elastic deformation of the diaphragm to compensate the relative displacement of the two coupled shafts. It is a high-performance flexible coupling of metal strong components. It does not need oil, and has a compact structure, high strength and long service life. , No rotation gap, not affected by temperature and oil pollution. It has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for high-speed, high-speed, and corrosive media working conditions.

1. Please install protective cover and other devices around the coupling to ensure safety.
2. When the axis deviation exceeds the allowable value during installation, the coupling may deform, resulting in damage or shortened service life.
3. Allowable axis deviations for couplings include radial, angular, and axial deviations. During installation, adjust to ensure that axis deviations are within the allowable values in the corresponding product catalog.
4. When multiple deviations occur simultaneously, the corresponding allowable value should be halved.
5. In order to extend the service life of the coupling, it is recommended to set the axis deviation within 1/3 of the allowable value.
6. Tighten the screw after inserting the mounting shaft, otherwise the coupling will deform. When tightening the screw, please use a torque wrench, do not install the screw outside the attachment.
