The DSS steel wire rope flaw detection (engineering) system V3.0 is designed for online real-time automatic flaw detection of steel wire ropes of four/six rope floor hoists, which can be flexibly adjusted and installed to adapt to different lifting forms. It is a versatile flaw detection engineering automation device. Invented the technology integration of "three-dimensional magnetic induction bridge" and "self balanced synchronous excitation", and adopted the all-weather unattended automatic flaw detection supervision mode, which is conducive to timely understanding the use of wire rope in operation and ensuring production.

 

System functions:

• The data acquisition device and other auxiliary facilities can be easily installed at appropriate locations on the working site at one time.

• Wide range detection and high-speed detection.

• Through quantitative nondestructive detection and remote network communication, the organic combination of online monitoring technology and daily equipment management is realized.

• 24-hour non-stop operation, remote monitoring and real-time early warning enable online real-time monitoring of various hidden damages such as wire breakage, wear, corrosion and fatigue inside and outside the wire rope. It can also provide the detection data and the specific quantity value of various damages on site, and can make the condition evaluation and print the report on site.

• The software can be used to run independently and realize the integration and compatibility of other control operating systems.

• It has mechanical anti vibration and anti electromagnetic interference functions.

• Realize the sound and light alarm on the scene of damage and realize the SMS real-time alarm function.

• It is waterproof, dust-proof, oil resistant and moisture-proof.

Instrument characteristics

◆ Virtual instrument: wire rope is infinitely uncertain. Only by using virtual instrument technology, replacing traditional instruments with software, and directly sampling and processing by computers, can we ensure that there is no missing inspection or miscalculation. It is like watching a movie, scanning the wire rope in the whole process, with accurate results and good repeatability.

◆ Three fixed instruments: according to the scrapping standards of wire ropes in different industries, this product applies electromagnetic qualitative, quantitative and positioning methods to conduct online nondestructive detection of internal and external wire breakage, corrosion, wear, metal cross-sectional area change, loose strand, jump, deformation, abnormal material and other defects of wire ropes.
