1. Instrument introduction

 

Ethylene oxide (EO) is a broad-spectrum low-temperature sterilant that can kill a variety of microorganisms at room temperature, including spores, tubercle bacillus, bacteria, viruses, and fungi. At the same time, EO is very penetrating and can penetrate micropores to reach the corresponding depth inside the product, thereby greatly improving the sterilization effect. At present, most sterile medical device manufacturers generally adopt ethylene oxide sterilization.

3. Instrument features

 

· Using 320x240 dot matrix 5.7-inch large-screen LCD Chinese / English display, real-time display of temperature and operating conditions of each channel, clear and intuitive content, and truly realize man-machine dialogue;

· Power-on self-test, automatic temperature rise, wide-range self-diagnosis function, can accurately determine the fault location and alarm;

· Six independent temperature control (vaporization chamber, capillary vaporization chamber can be independently temperature controlled), eight-step program temperature rise function;

· Over-temperature protection function: any circuit exceeds the set temperature, the instrument automatically power off and alarm;

· The unique vertical heating device makes the sample vaporization more reliable, minimizes the heat radiation generated by the vaporization chamber, and ensures that the temperature deviation in the oven is extremely small;

· After intelligent fuzzy control, the door opening system can automatically track the temperature and adjust it dynamically. The damper angle can realize precise temperature control even near the room temperature;

· Equipped with packed column head sampling, glass-lined sampling, diaphragm cleaning, capillary split / splitless sampling device, and gas sampler can be installed;

· High-precision dual-stabilized gas circuit, four detectors can be installed at the same time;
