1. Comply with standards:

It is developed in accordance with the technical indicators and requirements specified in the national standard GB/T 5464-2010 "Test Method for Non-flammability of Building Materials" and GB/T 8624-2012 "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products". IS01182: 2002 "Fire Reaction Test of Building Materials - Non-flammability Test".

2. Scope of application:

It is mainly suitable for the test method of judging the combustion performance of building materials under specified conditions. It is suitable for testing the combustion performance classification of Class A fireproof materials in the GB8624 combustion performance classification of building materials.

3. Main features:

This equipment adopts industrial computer and 16-bit high-precision AD acquisition card, and the collected data is completely processed by the computer, which greatly simplifies the traditional manual data calculation work; Humanized operation interface, simple and convenient operation, people who do not know how to use a computer can learn to operate after 5 minutes of training. During the test, the tester can see the test data and temperature curve in real time; After the end of the test, the test report is automatically generated, and the test data is clear at a glance, which is convenient for the operator to save and print and forward. The equipment is equipped with a high-precision voltage regulator, and the voltage fluctuation is within 2% to ensure the stability of the input test voltage; The equipment also has overheating and overcurrent protection devices to prevent the heating furnace from being overloaded during the heating process, effectively prolonging the service life of the furnace.

Temperature Control System:

Temperature acquisition: EVOC 16-bit AD, high-precision temperature acquisition card, with the computer system to calculate and process the acquisition signal, the control is very accurate.

Conditions of use: The ground is flat, well ventilated, and does not contain flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and dust. There are no sources of strong electromagnetic radiation in the vicinity. Leave proper maintenance space around the equipment.
