Equipment advantages:

1. Extruder: the main machine is driven by a high-precision hard tooth surface reducer, and driven by a frequency conversion controller.

Conical twin screw rods are used in the extruder. No granulation is required. PVC powder is used to extrude the extruder.

2. Mold: one out one and two out can be selected. The product is uniform and of good quality.

3. Stainless steel molding platform: 3d adjustable molding platform with an effective length of 3m can be adjusted by moving up and down, forward and backward. Multiple cooling and molding channels are fast and energy efficient.

4. Crawler tractor: two sets of independent motor drive traction belt can independently adjust the product traction speed, make operation and PVC groove molding process more reasonable and stable, and improve product qualification rate.

5. Full-automatic high-speed punching machine (including cutting equipment) : the punching machine is adjusted by frequency conversion and can effectively cooperate with the tractor to achieve online continuous punching with beautiful and even holes.

6. Cutting equipment: adopt pneumatic punching and cutting, alloy blade, automatic meter measuring device, the cutting length can be adjusted arbitrarily, and equipped with automatic feeding rack, without manual feeding, to reduce labor costs.
