Working process

Huituo automatic capping machine feeds bottle by screw rod, and the bottle is transferred to the capping part by the bottle-in star wheel which is designed based on the bottle shape, and the cap is fed by cap-feeding channel and the cap is sorted out to the cap feeding channel in an orderly manner with cap sorter unscrambler, and then transports them to the capping station. The tightened bottles will be sent out by the bottle-out star-wheel. For the unqualified products, it will be rejected to another conveyor.

FEATURES AT A GLANCE

Flexible and soft bottle-feeding by scroll screw

The screw rod is designed with the bottle shape, which separates
the bottle with bottle-in detection sensor, no bottle no
cap-sending and the machine will automatically stop and alarm, if
there is bottle stuck.

Cap-pressing head suitable for different caps

The capping head adopts a vacuum suction cup to suck the cap,
stable and reliable. It can also be applied to different types of
caps. Designed in quick-release, allows easy changeover.

Templates(Starwheels) suitable for different bottles

Made of PP, designed by bottle shape, with smooth surface.
It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle from
being scratched; and allows quick changeover.

Rejection of no cap, tiled cap or higher cap products

The qualified products are normally transported, and the
unqualified ones (no cap, tilted cap-higher than normal 2mm) will
be automatically split to another conveyor by swing cylinder.

Flip top cap unscrambler

The filp top cap unscrambler adopts “position” mode to arrange the
disorderly cap regularly.After camera detection, the cap is sent
into the channel in an orderly manner by a vacuum inverting device,
and then outputted from the cap channel in an orderly manner.

Camera detects cap direction

There is camera installed at the cap unscrambler outlet. Detect the
front and back directions of the cap visually, and use the servo
motor to turn the cap 180 degree if necessary, to make sure all
caps the same direction.

Key components

Screw rod(bottle-feeding)

The screw rod separates the bottle and is designed with bottle-in detection device, no bottle no cap-sending and the machine will automatically stop and alarm, if there is bottle stuck.

Middle capping part(star wheels)

All star wheel changes are replaced as a whole. The replacement parts include the bottle-in star wheel, the bottle-out star wheel, middle star wheel, the inlet and outlet guide plates, and the outer ring.

Cap-pressing head

Use special tools to loosen the locking bolts to replace the capping head, pay attention to the front and back directions of the head when replacing.

Rejection of unqualified products

After cap-pressing, there is a double conveyor structure with an intelligent detection device. The qualified bottles are normally transported, and the unqualified (no cap, higher cap) bottles are automatically shunted to another conveyor belt by using the swinging cylinder. When there is bottle stuck, the machine automatically stops and starts again after the problem is solved.
