Huituo shampoo, hand wash and body lotion high speed PET plastic bottle rotary pump capping machine

 

It is composed of several main parts, including cap feeder + automatic cap elevator and unscrambler+ inlet and outlet bottle template + capping mechanism + rejection mechanism + electrical control etc.

Capping head

-During capping process, torque evenly spreads to three symmetric points

-Make non-relative motion between claws and caps

-Keep static station between claws and bottles during capping

-High-precious torque control system, a stable and reasonable torque value

 

Bottle-in by screw

The bottle-in screw is processed by contour design; Precise and fast bottle feeding; Gentle movements, no damage to bottle;

 

Templates

For different specifications of products, it adopts quick-release design, including the bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, bottle-taking star wheel, bottle in-and-out guide plate, and outer retaining ring. The template and puck are color-coded to distinguish between different specifications.

 

Unqualified product rejection

A double-conveyor belt structure with an intelligent detection sensor is installed at the bottle exiting part. The qualified bottles are normally conveyed, and the unqualified (no inner tube and no cap) bottles are automatically diverted to another conveyor belt by using a swing cylinder. When bottle block appears, the capping machine will automatically stop and it will start again when the problem solved.

 

Safety door

All doors are installed with limit switch to make sure machine stops and sends warning signal when door is open.

All production area machines with movable guard are electrically interlocked to completely shut down the main drive and control circuit and bring all machine movement to a rapid stop immediately upon opening the guard.

 

Common troubleshooting

In order to ensure the service life of the machine, it should be carried out in accordance with the rules of the maintenance instructions. Due to the running time of the machine and the human negligence or the selection of the packaging material, it will make the machine operation unsmooth. Here are examples of commonly occurring faults and troubleshooting methods.

1. Star Wheel overload alarm: By rotating the star wheel, reset steel beads (steel ball reset judgment method: Star wheel hand does not move), press the "Reset" button to cancel.

2. Safety door switch alarm: Turn off the corresponding security door, press the "Reset" button to cancel the alarm.

3. Continuous rejection alarm: The reason for continuous remelting is required to check. After the problem is excluded, press the "Reset" button to start.

4. Rejection full bottle alarm: take out the unqualified product, press the "Reset" button to cancel.

5. Bottle-out stuck warning: Need to check if the bottle is stuck, and whether it matches the speed with other machines. If bottle stuck sensor detects bottle, reset delay start automatically.

1. Tilted cap

1.1 Tilted caps in batch or unstable cap-grasping

a. Check whether the capping strip is loose;

b. Check whether the capping position of the cap divider is concentric with the capping head;

c. Check the closure of the capping head, if it is not closed, check whether there is a problem with the air source or the capping head itself;

 

1.2 A few no-caps and a few tilted caps

a. Check whether the problematic capping head, specifications, and suction are normal;

b. Check whether the rubber strip and the grabbing piece is installed eccentrically;

c. Check whether the cap divider is deformed and eccentric after installation;

d. Check whether the cap-sending channel is smooth, whether the exit is stuck, check the width of the guardrails on both sides, and the height of the upper cap plate;

2. Un-tightened cap

a. Check whether the capping head is worn

b. Check whether the host is too high and the cap-pressing is not in place.

c. Check whether the bottle holding belt on the bottle star wheel is worn, whether the bottle holding cylinder is damaged, and whether the bottle often slips when screwing the cap;

d. Increase the output parameters of the capping motor and increase the capping torque;

3. Un-smooth bottle sending or bottle falling in screw

a. Check if the clearance between the screw output end and the star wheel is too large.

b. Check whether the screw height too high

c. Check whether the gap between the bottle guardrail and the conveying screw too small

4. Frequent overload alarm in star wheel

a. Check whether the mechanical overload spring under the star wheel of the inlet and outlet bottles too loose.

b. Check whether there a cap stuck between the star wheel and the templates

 

Maintenance

1) The lifting reducer should be greased once every three months in an 8-hour system according to the operating conditions, and replace every six months; (grease)

2) The gear oil of the lifting steering gear should be changed for the first three months according to the 8-hour system of operating conditions, and replace every six months; (Gear oil type I)

3) Each part of the connecting seat bearing and each transmission part (gear, chain) and cam channel should be oiled once every three months; (butter)

4) Regularly check whether the screws of each component are loose;

5) The conveyor belt must be kept clean and dry;

6) The air filter valve must be drained and lubricated every day to ensure the smoothness of the automatic control system.
