SPI-8 is composed of several main parts, including bottle feeder + automatic cap elevator and unscrambler + bottle-in/out template + capping mechanism + rejection mechanism + electrical control etc.
Working principle: Each capping head is driven by an independent servo motor. During the capping process, the speed and torque of each capping head are determined by the program, which can be changed based on actual needs. The capping servo motor is automatically and precisely controlled by the program, with closed-loop control, and torque error self-correcting caused by the inertia.
The highlight is the added torque sensor to check whether the last closing torque of the cap is within the set range, and if it is not, it will be rejected.

The SPI-8 servo capping machine can realize synchronous connection with the filling machine. If the filling machine stops, the capping machine will stop. So does the acceleration. After filling, the bottle directly enters the capping machine screw rod, which prevents bottle colliding and liquid splashing when the two machines run separately at high speed. The screw drive follows the main drive, the screw angle can be set via touch screen to make it match with the star wheel. There is a sensor at the bottle-in screw, no bottle, no capping and alarm when bottle-stuck.
The templates are made of polymer polyethylene(PE), fully fitted to the bottle shape with smooth surface. It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle from being scratched; and featurs fast changeover, with module structure.
In the process of capping, the servo motor can control the capping curve movement in sections, and at the same time can ensure smooth segmentation process, and realize the digital capping torque control, which is completely superior to the traditional clutch torque control.

Quick-release capping head will be designed for diversified production. The capping head is specially customized for more stable operation.
a)Master control system
It Includes the master control cabinet and control circuit, PLC, etc., to ensure the coordinated and stable operation of the entire system. The external control cabinet is integrated with the capping machine. The electrical system adopts the Siemens/Bosch Rexroth system: Siemens touch screen, Siemens/Bosch Rexroth system servo system.
The motion control command is transmitted through the network communication bus to ensure the flexible control.
b)Information management
Real-time info transmission and adjustment of a single capping head process;
Real-time monitoring of operation information, production information, and product quality information;
Interconnection with the factory's ERP system and even the sales order system;
In addition to single machine informationization, it can be integrated into the overall information management of different departments.
c)Machine upgrade
Based on advanced servo motion control system software and servo motor drive, all complicated capping head movements are programmed. The digital program corresponds to the basic linear and rotary motion of the servo motor, and the machine performance can be continuously optimized by continuously optimizing the program, no need to replace hardware.
