The optical fiber is connected by an fiber optic adapter through an sleeve with a open gap, it is able to ensure the highest connection performance between the optical fiber connectors. In order to be fixed on various panels, a plurality of fine fixed flanges are designed. When it need fix to the panel, user can insert the flange to the slot or fix the flange by screws.
