WHIRL PLUS 6018 pipe laser cutting machine mainly used for
processing circular tube, square tube, oval tube and other kinds of
special shaped products. Enable cut cylindrical holes in
different direction and with different diameters on main tube; Meet
the branch pipe axis intersect with the vertical head axis
eccentricity and eccentric; Enable cut the curve cutting cylindrical end in
the pipe end; meet the branch pipe axis intersect

the tilt intersection.Can cut oblique cutting face on tube

pipe;cut through square tubes and realize 360 degree rotation

big institutions, chuck is controlled by CNC system, beam and the Z
axis
movement, to complete the specified graphics cutting function
2. New Z32 real time CNC system, with dynamic and geometric JERK
control
3. Power modulation for the ultimate cutting quality in the corners
4. The specialized CAD / CAM automatic programming software and
automatic nesting software aim to maximally save raw materials.
5. Access to the CNC system through Ethernet interface makes
communication and remote monitoring possible during the laser
cutting process.
6. The machine is capable of automatic height adjustment to
maintain constant focal length and stable cutting quality.
