Description:
The explosion proof on off switch,also known as push button switch,
is a low-voltage electrical appliance that is manually and
generally can be automatically reset. The button is usually used to
issue a start or stop command in the circuit to control the on and
off of the electrical coil current of the electromagnetic starter,
contactor, relay, and the like.
The push button switch is a kind of electric device that is used to
switch on and off the small current circuit when the action is
released. Generally used in control circuits with AC/DC voltage
below 440V and current less than 5A, generally do not directly
manipulate the main circuit, and can also be used in interconnect
circuits.
In actual use, in order to prevent misoperation, different marks
are usually made on the buttons or painted with different colors,
and the colors are red, yellow, blue, white, black, green, and the
like. Normal red means "stop" or "dangerous" operation; green means
"start" or "on".
How to choose the switch:
(1) Depending on the application and the specific use: Select the
type of button according to the use occasion, such as open type,
protective type, waterproof type, anti-corrosion type, etc.;
according to the use, choose the appropriate form, such as the
handle, rotary type, key Type, emergency type, lighted type, etc.
For example, the general button of the console cabinet panel can be
opened first; if it needs to display the working state, the
indicator light type is used; in a very important place, it is
suitable to prevent accidental operation by unrelated personnel.

(2) Select the color of the button and indicator according to the
working status, the requirements of the instructions and the
working conditions: the green color for the "start" or "power on",

(3) According to the needs of the control loop, determine the
number of different buttons: such as single button, double button,
three button, multi button, etc. For example, when you need
"positive", "reverse", "stop" three controls, three can be used.
