Classification of dangerous areas by the International
Electrotechnical Commission/European Electrotechnical Commission
Zone 0: Explosive gases are always present or prolonged; areas with
a hazard greater than 1000 hours/year are continuously present;
Zone 1: Flammable gas may occur or exist during the proper working
of the instrument; intermittently exist in the area of dangerous
10~1000 hours/year;
Zone 2: Under normal circumstances, there is no flammable gas, that
is, it happens occasionally, and the base existence time is also
short; the danger existing in the accident state is 0.1~10
hours/year.
