1. The wide opening width with light weight , not only outstanding
performance in handing the iron bar but also maximize the operation
efficiency with light weight.
2. Unlimited clockwise and anti-clockwise 360 rotatable.
3. Special designed swing bearing for durability and big cylinder

4. Check valve is embedded for better safety shock value enclosed
for better safety from damage.
5. Wear resistant special solid steel is used and no extra
reinforcement is requirement.

Product Advantages
1. Material:
1) Entire jaw structure is manufactured of quenched and tempered
Q690 High Strength alloy steel, 130,000-psi min. yield 360-440BHN.
2) The tine tips are 175,000-psi min. yield 450-550 BHN. Chromium
plating.
2.Motor:
1) Motor drive adopts the design of symmetrical double
support,strong shcok resistance, avoiding axle breakage and oil
leakage.
2) Pedestal adopts sealed type design, better protect the rotary
drive.
3) Output Torque:4 kN.m-8.5kN.m(6272lbf.ft)
Holding Torque 38kN.m-105kN.m(78000lbf.ft)
Moment Torque 26kN.m-203kN.m(150,000lbf.ft)
3. Strengths:
1) Sealed type rotary drive solve the oil leakage problem, only
required light greasing(80g of grease) once 6 months(unlike most
of the product on the market needed greasing everyday) and better
protect the product.
2) Motor drive adopted symetrical double support design, reducing
the bearing load and extend service life.
3) The jaw structure is manufactured of Q690 High Strength Alloy
Steel, lighter weight with twice of the strength comparing with
Q345(normally used on the market)

4. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CE CERTIFICATIONS?
Ce certification is for one product, not the whole factory, and we have way too many product lines to registered CE for, but our customers from Europe said it's easy to solve the CE problem. And we are working on the CE certifications registration process, in order to save our customers' time in the furture.
