The bucket and excavator jack hammer work alternately. During the replacement process, because the hydraulic pipeline is easy to be polluted, it should be removed and installed according to the following methods.
1. Move the excavator to a flat place without mud, dust and sundries, turn off the engine, and release the pressure in the hydraulic pipeline and the gas in the oil tank.
2. Turn the stop valve installed at the end of the boom 90 degrees to the off position to prevent hydraulic oil from flowing out.
3. Loosen the hose plug on the boom of the crushing hammer, and then connect a small amount of hydraulic oil into a container.
4. To prevent soil and dust from entering the oil pipeline, plug the hose with a plug and the pipeline with an internal thread plug. In order to prevent dust pollution, tie the high-pressure pipe and low-pressure pipe with iron wire.
