This test chamber simulates the temperature and humidity changeable environment for the products or materials. Overall installation

The warehouse is assembled and installed by fastening locks on site, and has a beautiful appearance. The interlayer between the inner chamber and the outer shell is filled with polyurethane foam and reinforced steel plates, which can simultaneously insulate and strengthen the inner and outer chambers. The structure is solid, the installation is convenient and quick, and the construction period is short.

Insulation material

100mm rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool, flame-retardant and fireproof, meeting environmental requirements. Chamber door

The exterior of the door is made of cold-rolled steel plates that are CNC cut, folded, and painted (thickness 1.2mm), and the interior is reinforced with square tubes to ensure no deformation or air leakage during long-term use. Hinged single door, in order to prevent condensation or frost on the door frame and the edge of the door during low temperature testing, the door frame and the edge of the door are equipped with electric defrosting devices.
BottomThe bottom drainage groove is 60mm wide and 30mm deep. It is sunken around the bottom perimeter. 2 stainless steel floor drains are used for the test chamber to test high temperature and high humidity to discharge condensation water.

(b) The bottom plate bearing capacity is ensured by horizontal channel steel to ensure that the test chamber is installed on a flat surface. The test chamber bottom plate is installed with load-bearing wooden squares. A 3mm anti-slip aluminum plate is installed on the stainless steel bottom plate to ensure uniform stress on the entire bottom plate.

 

Observation window

Observation window size: Width 400*Height 600mm. The door is equipped with a heat-resistant and anti-sweat 3-layer vacuum large glass observation window. During any test, there will be no frost or condensation on the surface.

SealingThe door seal of the test chamber is made of silicone rubber strip, which is resistant to high and low temperatures, anti-aging, and has good sealing performance.
Pressure balance windowThe pressure balance window balances the pressure inside and outside the warehouse. It prevents the door from being pushed outward when the internal pressure is too high during heating, and prevents the door from being sucked inward and unable to open during cooling. It is normally closed, and opens automatically when the pressure difference is large.
