Requirements:

1. Consignee, shipper, commodity name, weight and volume are needed to be provided before booking space.

2. As ocean freight for full container fluctuates according to the market situation price has to be confirmed one week before departure.

3. Loading address has to be offered 2 days before loading when my company arrange truck to send container to pick up cargo.

4. Packing list, invoice and customs paper are needed when my company arrange customs clearance for the shipment.

5. Telex release could be done or BL could be released only after payment for the ocean freight is finished.

6. Container has to be returned to sea port 3 days before departure due to the time on customs clearance in China port.
