1. Description

It is mainly used for the stretching durability test of spring cable used in electric vehicle conduction charging system. During the test, the sample is electrified and the mechanical stretching shrinks continuously. When the current interrupts or reaches the set number of times, the damaged part and the stretching times are inspected. The user should carefully read the standard and the instructions before using the machine. 3. Test Notes

Take a suitable length of the finished spring cable and install it on the special stretching test machine. The stretching test machine can extend the length of the spring cable to three times the natural length and start stretching movement. The speed of stretching operation is 0.33m/s, and the reciprocating stretching movement is 30000 times.

4. Matters Needing Attention

(1) The equipment must be placed on a stable, strong ground and should not be tilted.

(2) When the equipment is in use, it must be grounded reliably to avoid electric shock.

(3) The environment for this equipment should be dry and wet, so as to prevent equipment from being rusted.

(4) If the equipment is not used for a long time, it is necessary to energized the equipment regularly to prevent circuit faults.
