Production Introduction
LW-JW15 handheld laser welding machine is a precision, high-speed laser welding equipment developed by Chongqing Lianwai Technology Co., Ltd. for the sheet metal processing industry to solve welding deformation & hard polishing of thin plates.
LW-JW15 adopts split photoelectric module design, optical module, electric module, control unit, drive unit, etc. can be directly
replaced, upgraded, and maintained at the client side, which is more convenient to use. Users can choose fibers with different core diameters according to different processing requirements to meet differentiated processing needs. It can be used with laser processing heads, galvanometers, etc. for system integration with robots, machine tools, etc., for laser fine cutting, precision welding, etc.

Comparison between LW-JW15 and similar laser welding machines:
1. The unique design of the three filter grid protection cavity in
front of the gun head can effectively remove welding residue and
dust compared with competing products, greatly extend the service
life of the protective lens and reduce the cost of consumables.
2. The welding head has a one-word swing width effect, and the
width can be adjusted from 1-6mm. Compared with Ospur, the welding
head presents a circular swing with a diameter of 2mm and the size
cannot be adjusted; Wanshunxing welding head has a straight swing
effect, with a width of 1-5mm adjustment (the corresponding welding
swing width is suitable, the wider the swing , The smaller the
welding thickness, the larger the welding area due to the same
energy).
3. Special board card, matched with high-power automatic wire
feeder, with sufficient wire feeding force. During operation, the
force of the wire feeder can be used to push the gun head to move
at a uniform speed. The welding effect is smoother and smoother,
and the operation is simpler.
4. The swing width of the gun head can be adjusted, and the welding
spot color can be controlled when welding stainless steel and other
metal materials. If the welding spot color is deepened, the gun
head can adjust the swing width to 5mm to whiten the weld and make
the weld more beautiful.
