Through the protection loop, it can effectively monitor and prevent damage to the battery, and prevent combustion and explosion caused by overcharge, overdischarge and short circuit. Waiting for danger A short circuit in a lithium battery is very dangerous.

The short circuit will cause the battery to generate a large current and a large amount of heat, which will seriously damage the service life of the battery. In more serious cases, the heat generated will cause the battery to burn and explode.

The protective function of the lithium battery customized protection board is that when a large current is generated, the protection board will be closed instantly, so that the battery will no longer be powered and no heat will be generated.

 

Lithium battery protection board functions: overcharge protection, discharge protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection. The protection board of the integrated solution also has disconnection protection. In addition, balancing, temperature control and soft switching functions can be optional.

Wiring precautions
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the pad position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire should be soldered to a short thick wire).
     And first solder the wired terminals to the battery pack, and then insert the protective plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in advance and malfunction.
     You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
4. After connecting the battery, please pay attention to the insulation protection of the product to avoid short circuit when the power is on;
