The strong kinetic energy of the mechanical force is used to make the material in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, and withstand hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shears per minute, it is always subjected to centrifugal force, extrusion, impact, tearing and other comprehensive effects instantly and evenly. Disperse and emulsify the material to form a water-in-oil and oil-in-water state, and finally obtain a high-quality product without bubbles, delicate and stable.

★ the company produces various types of vacuum emulsification, in which the homogenization system is divided into upper homogenization, lower homogenization, internal and external circulation, and the mixing system is divided into single-phase mixing, two-way mixing and spiral mixing; and it can customize various qualified and high-quality products according to customer requirements;
★ frequency converter is used for speed regulation of mixing, which can meet the production requirements of different processes; ★ vacuum defoaming makes the materials meet the aseptic requirements, and vacuum suction is used, especially for powder materials to avoid dust flying;
★ according to the process requirements, the tank body can heat and cool the materials, and the heating methods mainly include steam and electric heating;
★ the lifting device can be selected for the main pot cover, which is convenient for cleaning and has more significant cleaning effect. The pot body can be selected for dumping;
★ the pot body is composed of three layers of stainless steel imported plate welding, and the tank body and pipeline are mirror polished, fully in line with GMP requirements;
The materials in the water-phase tank and oil-phase tank are heated
up and stirred. After they are thoroughly mixed, they will be
transferred to the emulsifying tank by vacuum pump. The material
will be stirred by the upper part of the central paddle, combined
with the PTFE scraper sweeping the wall, the material will be
stirred thoroughly and meanwhile be pushed down to the emulsifier
at the low part of the central axle. With very high speed
emulsifying effect, the material will be seriously cut, sheared,
and cracked into 200nm - 2um particles. The bubbles appear during
the process will be sucked out promptly in the vacuum status in the
tank.
