Product Description

6061 is an alloy that can be strengthened by heat treatment.It has
good formability, weldability and machinability. It has medium
strength and can maintain good maneuverability after annealing.
Description of application effect
The ultimate goal of the melting and casting process is to produce
aluminum rods that meet the requirements, and to produce these
aluminum rods, it must go through the process: smelting → casting →
saw rod → aluminum rod homogenization → cooling, washing rod →
aluminum rod into the warehouse. Extrusion process: Preparation
before pressing → Extrusion → Stretching and straightening →
Sawing finished product → Framing and trimming.
