Low NOx Burner for process heating furnace
As the critical equipment in the petrochemical industry, the process heating furnace is also a main source of such air pollutants as NOx. Nowadays, countries have set a increasingly stringent standard for the emission from industrial enterprises. In China, Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining enterprises (GB3170-2015) coming into force since July 1st, 2017 has greatly improved emission limit for conventional pollutants including NOx.
The Low NOx Burner for process heating furnace is to control the NOx generated during the combustion process of heating furnace and thus reduce the NOx emission. When replaced with such burners, conventional heating furnace can greatly lower the NOx concentration in the emission and ensure that the emission satisfies the latest emission standard.
The Low NOx Burner for heating furnace is featured by staging controlled combustion process. Taking advantage of the unique irregular structure of refractory bricks, it divides the flame evenly so as to achieve uniform high temperature zone and prevent local high temperature of flame. In addition, the unique structural design establishes a forced recirculation zone of flue gas generated from combustion process near the burner and recirculates the flue gas into the combustion gas, which reduces the oxygen concentration and combustion temperature as well. In this way, the NOx generated can decrease by 55%~60% to less than 30~50ppm.
The Low NOx Burner is made up of burner barrel, fuel gas spray gun, refractory bricks, air regulator, flame retention device, pilot and etc.
