Description
The client will select the service that he requires on the LCD touch screen.
He will be issued with a number for his selected service, with a date & time stamp plus any other relevant service information.
Number of Options can be 2-20, such as:
1. Prescription
2. Off the shelves
3. Chronic
4. Collections
5. Nurse
6. Inquiries
7. etc
When one of the Operators is available he will call the “Next Client” by using the integrated application on his PC.
The Display will then indicate next Ticket Number for that service and will guide the Client to the correct Service provider.
Voice announcement such as: “Ticket Number 45 – Please go to Counter 3” will be called from ticket dispenser Speaker.
“The counter display” – Will display the counter number, together with the ticket number that is serviced.
Eg: “A001->01”

Statistical Reporting
A report for a period determined by the operator will include the following: From Date, To Date
Operator Number, Start time, End time, Total Hours, Total clients, Average time per client,
Daily, weekly or selectable dates, monthly Reports can be called on to be displayed and printed.
The Kiosk System is fully configurable and can therefore be adapted and customised to customer
requirements.
