Organic fertilizer aerobic fermentation tank adopts the fermentation principle of aerobic microorganisms, which enables microorganisms to reproduce rapidly under a certain temperature, humidity and sufficient oxygen environment by utilizing organic matter, residual protein, etc. in livestock and poultry feces. In the process of reproduction, they consume organic matter, protein and oxygen in feces, metabolize and produce ammonia, CO2 and water vapor, and release a large amount of heat at the same time to raise the temperature in the tank.

Further promote the growth and metabolism of microorganisms at 45℃ ~ 70℃, and at the same time, the temperature above 60℃ can kill harmful substances in feces, such as pathogenic bacteria, seasonal eggs, etc, at the same time, the survival temperature, humidity and pH value of the beneficial bacteria are balanced to meet the survival conditions of the beneficial bacteria. With the continuous addition of fresh livestock manure, the microorganisms in the tank circulate and reproduce continuously, making the fermented organic fertilizer continuously output.

The function of setting baffle inside the fermentation tank is to prevent vortex flow in the center of the liquid level and enhance turbulence and dissolved oxygen mass transfer. Generally, 4~6 baffles are set, and their width is (0.1~0.12)D, reaching the condition of full baffle. The condition of full baffle is to reach the minimum condition of eliminating liquid level vortex, and add the accessories in the tank under a certain rotating speed while the shaft power remains unchanged.

This condition is related to the ratio of baffle number Z and baffle width W to tank diameter D. The height of the baffle is from the bottom of the tank to the height of the designed liquid level. At the same time, there should be a certain gap between the baffle and the tank wall, and the gap is (1/8~1/5)W to avoid forming dead angles, prevent the accumulation of materials and thallus.

Because in addition to the baffle in the fermentation tank, the cooler, vent pipe, discharge pipe and other devices also play a certain baffle role. When the set heat exchange device is a tube or a tube, and they are enough, there is no alternative baffle in the fermentation tank.
