Product Description

Dry type transformer Introduction

The coil is internally equipped with axial air passage, so as to improve the heat radiating condition; by adopting the scientific casting forming process, the resin is ensured to fully permeate between turns, layers and sections, so as to guarantee the electric insulation strength and less local layout (≤5 p c). The dry type transformer has the advantages that the resin thickness of packaging layer is reduced, and the heat radiating capability of coil is improved; the coil is reinforced by glass wire felt, so as to increase the mechanical strength of coil, enhance the sudden short-circuit withstand capability, and successfully solve the problem of cracking of casting body; the coil is made of special process, so as to greatly reduce the partial discharge amount in coil, and the electric strength of coil is improved; the LV coil adopts the foil structure, so as to reduce the magnetic leakage at end part, and enhance the sudden short-circuit withstand capability.

Application environment

1. Environment temperature (natural change values of surrounding air temperature)
Maximum air temperature: +40ºC
Average temperature of hottest month: +30ºC
Maximum yearly average temperature: +20ºC
Minimum air temperature: -25ºC (for outdoor transformer)
Minimum air temperature: -5ºC (for indoor transformer)
2.The altitude height of installation location shall not exceed 1000m. If exceeding 1000m, it's necessary to otherwise specify.
3 .The relative temperature of air is not higher than 93%. 
4 The installation place is free from gas, dirt and other explosive and corrosive mediums which severely affect the insulation of transformer .
5 The installation place is free from severe vibration and bump.

It is used for directly reducing the 35kV power grid supply into 400V power distribution supply or 10kV power distribution supply for supplying power for customers. It has advantages that it has been widely applied to many project because of obvious advantages; the land occupation area is reduced, the multi-stage power transformation construction is reduced, and the social benefits are obvious; the project investment is saved, and the economic benefit is improved; the 10kV power transmission and transformation procedure is reduced, so the running and maintenance cost is obviously reduced; the HV small current is used for replacing LV large current for power transmission, so the line loss is reduced, and the running cost is saved; the 35kV power source is directly accessed into the electric utilization center, so the power supply reliability is effectively improved.

Production Introduction


It has the advantages of low no-load loss, no oil, flame retardance, self-extinguishing, moisture preventing, cracking preventing and no maintenance. The amorphous alloy dry type transformers can be applied to all places using the common dry type transformers, and now been widely applied to high-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, railway stations, industrial and mining enterprises and power generation plants. It is especially suitable for places with higher combustible, flammable and fireproof requirements.
