Applications:

A continuous seal of polyurethane gasket at door provide high IP protection.
Surface finished with polyester powder coating RAL7032 or RAL7035 texture,
Galvanised mounting plate and wall mounting bracket.
4 welded studs for fixing mounting plate.
Conceal hinges provide 130° door opening .
Earthing facilities on door, body and mounting plate.
Double folded gutter at door frame increases rigidity and prevents water from entering while door is opened.

Construction

Formed 1.2mm or 1.5mm steel.
Smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth.
Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity - designed to also permit additional mounting options.
Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
Door latches feature the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.
Doors may be easily removed for modifications and are interchangeable.
Seamless poured-in place gasket.
Collar studs provided for mounting plate
Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for wall mounting holes.
Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
turn latch and multi-point handle (key lockable) are zinc diecast with epoxy finish.

Door: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 600 then 1.5mm
Mounting plate:1.5mm till height 800 then 2.0mm
