Application:

Electrical enclosure - Mild steel wall mounted enclosures the BJID range are made from a continuous length of sheet steel. Both internally and externally protected with texturized polyester eposy resin RAL7035 grey paint. This range of enclosure comes complete with mounting plate as standard.

Easily reversible door, as well as enabling 120^o door opening
Watertight gasket to guarantee the degree of protection
Customised enclosures can be produced to accommodate specific dimensions, RAL colour requirements and cable entries or cut outs (moq will apply)

A range of accessories are also available: locks and keys, height adjustment brackets, wall fixing kits etc.

Construction

Formed 1.2mm or 1.5mm steel.
Smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth.
Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity - designed to also permit additional mounting options.
Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
Door latches feature the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.
Doors may be easily removed for modifications and are interchangeable.
Seamless poured-in place gasket.
Collar studs provided for mounting plate
Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for wall mounting holes.
Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
turn latch and multi-point handle (key lockable) are zinc diecast with epoxy finish.

Enclosure: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 800 then 1.5mm
Door: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 600 then 1.5mm
Mounting plate:1.5mm till height 800 then 2.0mm
