The Oil Pipeline 5D Long Radius Bends Induction Bending Making Machine is suitable for oil, natural gas, chemical, electric power,

The bending machine principle adopt induction heating and hydraulic
cylinder pushing.
The material of the pipe: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless
steel, etc.
It is used for hot bending of various round steel pipe or square
steel pipes, angle iron, channel steel and I-beam.

The bending radius is generally 2.5D--6D. Any large radius can be
bend according to customer needs. Also can produce steel pipes with
multiple curvature radius.
The bending angle is generally 0-90° or 0-180°
