The equipment consists of the main engine of the hydraulic pusher,
the automatic feeding and discharging mechanism, the hydraulic pump
station, the tube adjusting device, the operating platform, the
motor control cabinet, the intermediate frequency power supply, the
compensation capacitor, the water cable, the intermediate frequency
coil adjusting frame, the reactor and other components.Medium
frequency tube expanding machine has an advantage is the
intelligent constant temperature system, can effectively avoid due
to human factors caused by the temperature is too high to pull down
the quality of the steel tube and die scrap, or the temperature is
too low to cause the rod and die fracture phenomenon, put an end to
the unsafe factors.
Tube expander is a special equipment for hot diameter expansion of
steel tubes. It is designed for the production of large diameter
seamless steel tubes and the specification is not enough to meet
the domestic and foreign market demand.It is the main production
technology of large diameter steel tube at present.The main power
source of the equipment is the parallel equal-speed push machine
with two or four oil cylinders. The valve platform of the pump
station adopts the integrated form. The power of the
medium-frequency heating power supply, the thrust and stroke of the
oil cylinder are set according to the outer diameter and length of
the steel tube to be expanded.
