3. The construction of power cable:
1. Conductor core(800mm2 and below is press circle; 800mm2 above is segment);
2. Conductor shielding layer(including Semi conductive bag belt layer);
3. XLPE insulation layer;
4. Insulation shielding layer;
5. The longitudinal resistance water buffer layer;
6. Wrinkle aluminium sheath(with coating);
7. PVC or XLPE protection layer or semi-conductor layer;
4. Use of characteristics and using the environment
1. The maximum working temperature of conductor is 90℃( the longest time is less than 5s); the maximum temperature is less than 250℃；
2. The maximum allowable side pressure of cable is 5kN/m;
3. The maximum allowable drag intensity of cable: copper conductor70N/mm2; aluminium conductor 40 N/mm2;
4. The arrangement temperature of cable is not less than 0℃; the minimum bending radius is not less than 20 times cable OD;
5. PVC Outer sheath cable is mainly usable for antiflaming demand and insulation requirement. PE outher sheath cable is mainly usable for direct buried installation with high insulation demand and moist environment.
