3.1 Meter part:

Each of the upper and lower wheels is with metering device, using a precision encoder (Encoder) to calculate the length, which can be calculated to centimeters. 3.2 Coiling head:

3.3 Cable arranging system:

The system is completely controlled by computer, driven by servo motor and ball guide screw.

3.4 Cutter:

The door type cutter automatically cuts the cable when the set length is completed. Double cutter with SKD-11, made of special steel and vacuum heat treated to make it harder and longer.

3.5 Arm transfer mechanism:

After the cable is wound up, the thread-holding mechanism will cling to the coil and automatically transfer it to the coating device for wrapping and wrapping, so that the roll, label and coating process can be fully automated. When there is a waste line, it can be manually intervened. Directly remove the waste line to achieve non-stop packaging.

The HMI control system is more convenient for direct touch operation on the screen.

The central computer control system controls the speed of the coil, the length of the coil, the warning system, the line speed adjustment, the indicator light, the emergency stop and the reset.

5.1 C-ring:

Made of special steel, the inner and outer rollers of the C-ring are covered with the superior rubber, which is not easy to wear, keeps the operation round and has a long service life, and is equipped with overload protection. The motor is not easy to burn.

5.2 Cutter:

Adopts pneumatic cutter system, and the length of the set packaging material is automatically cut off after the winding is completed.

The cutter body can be serrated or scissors type (selected/replaced according to different packaging materials), suitable for PVC, PP, PE film and other packaging materials with perfect cutting performance.

5.3 Clamper:

After the package is sent to the fixed point, it will be automatically entrained and automatically pulled. After winding 1.0 lap, the clamper will automatically retreat.

When the number of starting turns (1.5~2.5 turns) is to be wound, the clampers are automatically released. No need for any manual action, high security.

5.4 Feeding device:

Pneumatic belt feeder, lock-free screws, quick changeover, and easier to install.

5.5 Automatic labeling mechanism:

Adopting a stack of label discharge type, one package per package, automatically picking up a label to feed, convenient and safe, and save time, increase production.
