Briquette press machineis mainly used for high-density metal scrap (scrap iron, copper scrap, aluminum scrap, etc.), granular powder metal powder (iron powder, aluminum powder, copper powder, lead powder, etc.) , metallurgical additives, sponge iron, etc., without adding any binder pressed into the case of cylindrical cakes of high-density block (weight 2-8 kg), the cake density of up to 5T/M3 block above (the different raw materials, press out the cake block density and not quantity is not the same), pressed into the cake pieces can be directly cast furnace use.
1)Raw material size should be smaller than 5mm.
2)The best moisture for briquetting is 10-15%.

Application of briquette machine:
The briquette machine have been mainly used in home fire, heating with anthracite honeycomb made of cylindrical briquettes. Previously been processed into the coal sphere slightly larger than ping-pong, and later the coal processed into one cylinder, and marked with a number of holes inside the cylinder, because it can increase the surface area of coal, so that the full combustion of coal, to reduce resource waste.
Working Principle of briquette machine:
This series of briquette machine will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through the reducer.The two sides and roll rotation, in both the rotating roll,Natural materials to enter the ball roll mode, with the roll rotation, material pressure on a small become larger, When the material to the two rollers rotating line contact point, the pressure of materials has reached the peak. Tremendous pressure in the role of line, the materials become a finished product from the powder ball.
Production processof briquette machine:
Crushing(if material not in powder)→Mixing→add biding material →Briquette making→ Drying→Packing & Sales.
Final briquettes size will be 30-60mm or custom-made.

Normally, the required size of raw material should be like dust or
small chips, the size had better less than 3mm. A clear picture of
the material would be highly appreciated.
(3). Capacity can be 2-40 t/h.
(4). Please let me know the briquette size that you want: 30~60mm diameter can be ok.
(5). What is the final use of the briquette: To melt or heat function.
