CXB-01 is an benzene soluble polyamide resin synthesised from dimer fatty acid .It is non reactive in solid form suitable for flexographic and gravure printing inks.

High gloss, Low viscosity, equivalent to Sunmide 550;
Fast solvent release (fast drying) for photogravure inks.
Execellent gel resisitance;
Good crook ability;

excellent resistance to grease and water;

excellent adhesion to treated polyethylene and other plastics such as PP,PET;

solubility: It is soluble in n-Butanol,n-PropanolCellosolve and mixtures of these with aromatic hydrocarbones eg, Toluene and Xylene.This resin is partially soluble in iso-propanol and insoluble in ethanol,aliphatic hydrocarbons).under certain conditions the solutions forms reversible gels on standing.In order to achieve complete solubility in accohol solutions, sometimes it is necessary to add small percentage of water or aromatic hydrocabon solvent.For optimum solubility blends of alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents are required.

compatibility: it is compatible with ketonic, maleic, reduced phenolic and pure phenolicresins. however, compatiblity with alkyds is only partial.
other products: dimer acid, alcohol polyamide resin, polyamide curing agent, oleic acid,stearic acid, wax ,pigment and other ink raw materials.
