The mechanism consists of:

bucket board, a horizontal auger (spiral), a hoist, a separator, and a storage bin.
The abrasive falls from the bucket board to the lower auger, collects into the hoist through the auger, is extracted by the hoist to the top, enters the separator and falls into the storage bin, the light dust is sucked into the dust box, and the backflushing pulse valve takes the filter The dust is blown into the dust collector.

The bucket elevator consists of a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, upper and lower rollers, conveyor belt, hopper, closed cylinder and tensioning device. The inlet of the bucket elevator is connected to the screw conveyor, and the discharge port is connected to the storage bin. There is an access door on the hoist cover to repair and replace the hopper. Open the door cover on the lower cover to repair the lower drive and remove the blockage at the bottom of the case.

In operation, the hopper fixed to the conveyor belt scrapes the sand at the bottom of the hoist while receiving the sand flowing in from the transverse auger. Then, driven by the hoist motor, the sand is conveyed to the top of the hoist, and finally the material is dropped by centrifugal gravity, and the sand is input into the spiral of the separator.
In order to ensure that the conveying tape does not slip during work, the drum is made into a squirrel-cage type, which not only improves the friction between the lifting tape and the pulley, but also avoids the slippage of the old-fashioned optical pulley and reduces the pre-tightening force of the lifting belt. Helps extend the life of the lifting tape. A set of tensioning devices is arranged on the upper part of the hoist. When the belt is slack, adjust the adjusting bolts on both sides of the upper part of the hoist to tighten the belt.
