PTFE synthetic fiber filter bag is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has the characteristics
of acid and alkali resistance. This material is also resistant to various organic solvents,
almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, ptfe has the
characteristics of high temperature resistance and its friction
coefficient is very low.It can withstand the acid-base erosion in the whole pH range under
the continuous operating temperature of 240 °C and the temperature
of 260 °C.PTFE synthetic fiber filter bag is excellent in self-lubrication,
does not absorb moisture, and can withstand ultraviolet
radiation. They are suitable for use in harsh conditions where
corrosion resistance is required and where filter media life
requirements are high.
PTFE synthetic fiber filter bag can be used for flue gas treatment
in coal-fired boilers, waste incineration, carbon black production, titanium dioxide (TiO2) production, etc., and is also
used in the initial smelting, refining and chemical production of
some metals. This product can be provided in different
specifications.
