Description:
Dry powder mortar production line is the complete equipment plan
provided by our company for the dry powder industry enterprises.
The following is a detailed description of the production line.
The production line mainly uses a gravity-free mixer as its main
equipment. Compared with the common horizontal ribbon mixer, the
gravity-free mixer has the following advantages: 1. The mixing
speed is fast, and it only takes 0.5-2.0 minutes when the CV is 3%.
High mixing uniformity, CV can reach 3%-5%; Segregation is not
obvious, especially when mixing materials with large differences in
density, particle size, etc., satisfactory mixing uniformity can be
obtained; The filling amount can be varied within a range, and the
filling factor is in the range of 0.1--0.7, and a good mixing
effect can be obtained.
The products of our factory have been strictly tested before
leaving the factory. The following items are all qualified after
inspection:

This semi-automatic dry mortar plant can be easily upgraded in an automatic dry mortar plant in the future, it is sufficient to add a raw materials storage system, an automatic weighing system and a premixing tank.
Semi automatic dry mortar equipment structure and function:
Such equipment consists of a lifting system, a hybrid system, an
automatic packaging system, a power control system, a pulse dust
removal system, an air pressure system, and a work platform.
1. Lifting system: It consists of feeding port, hoisting machine
and discharging port. Its task is to raise raw materials to the
mixing system.
2. Mixing system: It consists of a mixing chamber to be mixed and a
double-shaft gravity-free mixer. The mixed materials required for
the mixing machine are stored in the mixing chamber, and the mixing
machine continuously mixes the various raw materials continuously.
Automatic batching system: additive batching system
3. Automatic packaging system: It consists of automatic filling
machine and finished silo. The filling machine automatically weighs
the materials in the finished silo into the packaging bag.
4. Additive ingredient system: Its basic function is the same as
above. The main task is to measure the ingredients with less added
amount to complete the combination.
5. Power Control System: Controls the start and stop of solenoid
valves and each motor on the production line.
6. Pulse dust collector: used for collecting and removing dust at
the feeding port to optimize the working environment.
7. Air pressure system: used for air supply of the silo gate, mixer
gate and pulse dust collector.
