Decanter centrifuge are used to process unweighted and weighted,
water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy
is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids
that are present in the mud system.oilfield Decanting Centrifuge
are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture,
which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids.
Additionally, high G-forces separate fine solids from liquid.

APGLW Decanter centrifuge is a normal decanting centrifuge made of
Aipu company, they are ideal choices for separaring particles in
driling mud. Decanter centrifuge deparate the suspending fluids
using the principle of centrifugal action, the suspending fluids is
pushed into the rotor drum through the inlet pipe and fluid hole of
the spiral feeder. Under the influence of centrifugal force, solid
phase particles are pushed to the internal wall of the drum, then
to the mud export of the samll end of the drum and excreted. But
the fluids is excreted from the overflow hole of the large end.
Such cycle is in order to achieve the purpose of continuous
separation. High speed decantering centrifuge are effectice for
separation.
APGLW530x1320N is high speed centrifuge decanter used in drilling fluids process for oil and gas drilling. The centrifuge can be used separated in solids control system, or used together with the middle speed centrifuge. Besides fine cuttings removal, the APGLW450 x1258 centrifuge can get the barite recycled.
The working principle of horizontal screw centrifuge is very simple. It has been known by the public for a century. The drum and screw are supported by separate suspension.The material enters through the inlet pipe and accelerates into the core drum body through the drum.
Main spare parts including the bearing, oil seal, the coupling, the cushion base, the fuse, etc. These are rather easy to get in the market and cost little.
