Shearing pump consists of the impeller, casing, packing, shaft, belt, pulley, motor, base, and so on. The difference with other pump impeller is a more complicated structure. There are axial whirl flow, fluids reserve compartment, pump wheel, pressure cabin, shearing plate.

The axial flow whirl provides a certain quantity of fluids to the pump wheel and reserve cabin, 50% of this part fluids will flow into the reserved cabin, and the other half part flows into the casing.
