2.1. Pontoon for the Cutter suction dredger
The dredger pontoon is with dismantle type and box-like structure, In order to transported convenient by truck, easy installation at working site.
And it is sandblasted and painted by 4 layers of marine epoxy paint
suitable for saltwater service.The Zinc anode can be used to give
better anti-corrosion function.
2.2. Engine for the Cutter suction dredger
Cummins Engine is global warranty,spare parts can be available in short time.
Environmental protection and Energy conservation
The main engine driven the dredge pump and auxiliary engine drives
hydraulic system including cutter,swing winches,ladder winch and
the spud rams etc. And the emergency genset supplies electricity
for lighting and emergency use when the dredge doesn’t work.

structure, which reduces unnecessary auxiliary structure and
process structure.
