composed of wheel group, hook group, drum group, motor, reducer and
other accessories. In the use of the process is easy to occur in
the fault is chewing rail.
Chewing the track will aggravate the track wear, increase the
running resistance, reduce the service life of the wheel, serious
damage to the beam structure, even cause derailment accident.
There are many reasons for the formation of gnaw rail, mainly the
following:
1. There is a fault on the track surface. Oil or ice on the track
surface was not cleaned in time.
2. The corrosion and deformation of metal structure, especially the
gantry crane used outdoors, caused the diagonal deviation of the
trolley frame due to the corrosion and deformation. The long-term
use of the bridge frame is in a diamond shape, resulting in the
wheel chewing the track.
3. Poor installation accuracy of big car wheels. The horizontal and
vertical direction of the wheel is deviated and out of tolerance.
The pressure per unit area of the wheel track is too large due to
wear and tear, resulting in uneven wear of the wheel and the
phenomenon of rail gnawing.
4. The motors at both ends of the drive have different rotational speeds, and the braking torque of the brake shafts at both ends is different, resulting in inconsistent speed of the wheels on both sides and out-of-sync operation, resulting in track biting.
Troubleshooting of gantry crane operating mechanism
Removing the effects of oil or ice on the track; Adjust the trolley
track to meet the installation technical requirements; Check the
transmission chain connection, bolt connection, gear coupling
engagement and other conditions to eliminate excessive clearance,
so that the two ends of the transmission is consistent; Adjust the
accuracy of wheel installation. If L and h are measured
horizontally and vertically respectively, the horizontal skew is
less than L/1000, and the perpendicularity deviation is less than
h/1000. Change the starting mode of the motor or replace it with a
wound rotor motor, check to ensure the two electric synchronous.
