Technical flow
Working principle:
1. Sewage first enters the grid pool, and the household garbage in
domestic sewage is first discharged through the grid.
2. Then enter the adjustment tank to adjust the water quality and
quantity
3. Then it is pumped into the anoxic tank by the lifting pump, and
the submersible mixer is arranged in the anoxic tank for
nitrification and denitrification.Combined with aerobic
denitrification and dephosphorization, large organic particles were
decomposed into small organic particles to improve the
biodegradability of wastewater.
4. Then the sewage flows into the aerobic pool for aerobic
biochemical reaction.The substance was degraded by biological
oxidation and the effluent flowed into the secondary sedimentation
tank for solid-liquid separation.The supernatant of the
sedimentation tank flows into the cleaning tank and kills harmful
bacteria in the water through ultraviolet disinfection equipment.
5. The sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to
the aerobic tank by sludge reflux pump, and the rest sludge is
self-precipitated to the sludge tank.The sludge in the sludge tank
is regularly dehydrated by the sludge dehydrator.The sludge
supernatant is returned to the conditioning tank by the mixed
liquid reflux pump for further treatment.
