YB(M)-10/0.4 European-style box substation is a compact power
distribution equipment that arranges high-voltage, distribution
transformer, low-voltage distribution device and electric energy
metering equipment into one according to a certain line scheme,
occupying a small area.
It is suitable for urban public power distribution, high-rise
buildings, residential areas, industrial and mining enterprises,
oil fields and temporary construction sites.

1, Advanced technology, safe and reliable
Body part adopts domestic and foreign advanced technology and
craft, case generally adopts aluminium zinc steel plate, frame with
a standard container material and production process, good
anti-corrosion performance, guarantee the 20 years does not rust,
photosensitive plate adopts aluminium alloy gusset plate, sandwich
fireproof insulation materials, the casing installation of air
conditioning and dehumidification equipment, equipment operation is
not affected by natural climate environment and pollution of the
outside world, It can ensure normal operation in the harsh
environment of -40℃~+40℃.
2, high degree of automation

microcomputer integrated automation substation equipment,

3, Factory prefabrication
During the design, as long as the designer makes the design of the
main wiring diagram and equipment outside the box according to the

of the box transformer provided by the manufacturer can be
selected. All the equipment is installed and tested in the factory
at a time, which can truly realize the factory construction of the
substation and shorten the design and manufacturing cycle. On-site
installation only needs box positioning, cable connection between
boxes, outgoing cable connection, protection calibration,
transmission test and other debugging work, the entire substation
from installation to operation only need about 5 to 8 days, greatly
shortening the construction period.
4, Flexible combination mode
European box transformer due to the compact structure, each box
constitute an independent system, which makes the combination of
flexible, we can all use the box type, that is, 35kV and 10kV
equipment all box installation, the composition of the full
European box substation; Outdoor installation of 35kV equipment and
installation of 10kV equipment and control and protection system
box can also be used. This combination mode is especially suitable
for the transformation of the old rural power network, that is, the
original 35kV equipment is not moving, and only a 10kV switch box
can be installed to meet the requirements of unattended.
5, investment and quick results
Compared with the integrated substation of the same scale (35kV
equipment outdoor layout, 10kV equipment in the indoor high voltage
switch room and central control room), the investment of European

6, Small footprint
Equipment installation:
(1) The box transformer position should be close to the load
center. According to the load distribution of the plot, the load
moment is calculated to determine the load center. The box
transformer is installed near the load center
(2) Strong vibration and impact are not allowed at the use site of
box transformer, and large electromagnetic induction intensity is
not allowed. For buried lines of box transformer, laying paths of
each circuit outlet should be arranged to meet the safe distance to
underground facilities, and not affect the long-term development of
power supply area;
(3) There shall be no explosive dangerous substances in the place of use, and the surrounding media shall not contain corrosive metals, gases and conductive media that destroy insulation;
(4) The vertical inclination Angle of the box installation shall not exceed 5°, the outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s, and the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 90%(25℃);
(5) There is no need to build control room and corresponding
workshop for box transformer installation. 10kV equipment has no
structure and covers a small area. Only one reinforced concrete
foundation can be made according to the box transformer foundation
size provided by the manufacturer.
(6) Appropriate lifting equipment shall be selected according to
the standard weight and relevant safety regulations, and the
included Angle of the lifting rope shall be less than 60°. The rope
shall be used to pull the box change diagonally during lifting to
ensure its stable position;
(7) The European box transformer has been debugged when leaving the
factory, just need to box transformer high voltage and low voltage
cable and box transformer connection;
(8) Lightning rods should be set around the box body and the main
transformer, and ensure that the equipment is within its safety
protection range. The grounding network should be buried before the
prefabricated foundation, and the grounding resistance should be
less than 4 ω. After the box body is in place, the box body
grounding terminal should be firmly connected with it;
(9) Because the European box has reached the technical requirements
of unattended, do not set up background equipment, when running, to
consider strengthening the anti-theft.

· The basic structure of the box transformer is divided into "eye" shape and "product" shape.
