Q: How can I get the quotation?
A:We will submit the quotation in 24 hours if getting detailed
informations during working days.In order to quote for you earlier,
please provide us the following information together with your
inquiry.
1) Your engineering request such as model power, control
specifcaiton and model label;
2) If replace model, you can send us the exiting model label for
faster confirm.
3) Any special demands or requirements, such as packing,
labels,delivery,etc.
Q: How to enjoy the OEM services?
A: Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we
give some technical Model and quotation to you, after your
agreement, we produce for you.
Q: And how long is the lead-time?
A: Depending on your specific project,it usually takes 4 to 8 days
to ship if we have in store. If we don't have in store, lead
time is about 25-30 days.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending
out the final goods if do not have store. 100% deposit in advance
for in store model.
Q: Before shipment, how to make sure the product's quality?
A:We will supply you a video for the product detail , packing
detail and so on, also will provide the high quality pictures to
you forproduction approval.
Q: How to pack the goods?
A: 1).100% Original packing, we will also pack into standard export
cartons or as per customer’s request to pack to prepare for shipping.
