6. Standard tool life guarantee is 1 million shots, each core and cavity adopt independent cooling system, which brings high productivity. Depend on request.

7. Monthly capacity: 20 moulds. Tooling lead time from 4 to 12 weeks, base mould size and complexity.

8. Original components and material base on customer requirement, has long relationship with suppliers: Hasco, DME, Syventive, Mould master, Staubli, Assab, Auberto&Duval, Mitsubishi Steel, Brushwellman, Saarstahl and Alcoa.
