2. Use Protocol

1) CPreparation the middle of the root canal with DK 15 # , alternately flushing with NaOCl and EDTA.

2) Preparation the root canal to the working length with 20 # , 25# , alternately flushing with NaOCl and EDTA.

3) Measuring the root canal tip size with .02 taper K files, from the beginning 30 # 25 # 35 # ... reach the maximum working length.

4) Use a corresponding taper of .04 or .06 to complete the preparation .

5) Flushing with lots of NaOCl s or # 15 ultrasonic irrigation.
