Special equipment for heavy material racks:
1. Pneumatic disc brakes: Ruihui has a power type heavy-duty
material frame. There is no brake device. However, when the
unwinding roll is too heavy (material weight exceeds 3T), it will
generate a large running inertia when unwinding. In addition, a
pneumatic disc brake device is needed to eliminate the brake
inertia. The pneumatic disc brake device is matched with the Ruihui
heavy-duty material frame unwinding and shrinking roller, which can
effectively prevent the sheet material from spreading due to the
rotational inertia during braking.
2. Pneumatic material blocking device: Ruihui has a power
heavy-duty material frame. The standard type uses the material type A iron to carry out the
material limit. This kind of material blocking method requires
manual adjustment and locking of the A-type iron. When it is wider
or thicker, the use of this type of material is quite cumbersome
and time consuming. At this time, a pneumatic material blocking
device can be used instead of the traditional A type iron bar.
